Why Corrugated Metal Fences Are So Popular Right Now

Corrugated metal fences have become one of the most popular fencing styles we’ve been installing lately. Homeowners are drawn to the clean, modern look and the durability that metal panels offer. When paired with wood framing, corrugated metal creates a strong fence that holds up well to weather while still fitting nicely into backyard and garden spaces.

We’ve been seeing more requests for this style across Nanaimo, Parksville, and Qualicum, especially from homeowners looking for something a little different from a traditional cedar fence. Corrugated metal panels provide privacy, require very little maintenance, and can give a yard a more contemporary feel.

For this project, we installed corrugated metal panels framed with wood to create a fence that’s both sturdy and visually appealing. We also contoured both the top and bottom of the panels to follow the grade of the ground, which helped close any gaps along the fence line so the homeowner’s dogs couldn’t slip underneath.
